Kian Betancourt
Lead People Scientist

Kian is passionate about leveraging psychological science and the study of human behavior to help organizations make better business decisions. He has helped to establish people and data science as core capabilities and developed ways to engage and drive greater alignment for Vee’s clients and internal teams. He’s developed and launched key strategic initiatives, methodologies, processes and tools, and established best practices for existing and future capabilities. He leverages his training and skills, and draws from external research and best practices, to further develop our proprietary methodology for assessing organizations and individuals by adding scientific rigor through the application of organization behavior theory to solve problems in organization and talent assessment and alignment. He plays a key role in making People Science actionable, from consulting with business stakeholders across Vee’s and client organizations, to designing research projects tied to business objectives, running advanced analyses and modeling relationships between variables of interest, and delivering insights that drive action.
