A Fortune 50 global automaker: design org for EV & autonomous-vehicle experience

Sole preferred-vendor partner for four years, building the design and innovation organization behind the company's electric-vehicle and autonomous-vehicle experience programs. Across five cities in the US and China, Vee ran 50-plus retained searches spanning ten design disciplines, from Design Strategy and Research to Interaction, Communication, Product, and Service Design, at Director, Lead, and senior individual-contributor levels. The work ran deeper than search: an organizational-work-science assessment system, built from critical-incident interviews and applied to live candidate pools; an organizational benchmarking study for the autonomous-vehicle experience-design unit; a 3X capacity expansion; and process re-engineering that compressed search timelines from fourteen-plus weeks to as fast as seven.

Employer brand is brand strategy aimed at talent. Ours draws on deep brand-building work, from national to multinational programs: the same craft, applied to making a company a magnet for the people it needs.

A nation in the Americas: a unifying national brand

Built the national brand to attract investment and trade and reshape global perceptions for a culturally rich, diverse nation: a big idea, positioning and story, brand architecture, messaging framework, and visual identity system, shaped through engagement with top government leaders, state agencies, public and private CEOs, and civil society. The work was strong enough that the Tourism Ministry, then building its own separate brand, scrapped it and adopted ours, its incoming Minister telling our CEO the team had done the impossible and united the country under one brand for one people.

Scotiabank: regional brand alignment across Latin America and the Caribbean

Refined and aligned the core brand strategy, positioning, and taglines for the bank's international business so it would carry across the Caribbean, Central, and Latin America in English, Spanish, and French. Designed and ran a series of highly experiential stakeholder workshops, from pre-reads and an education module through creative and ideation exercises, to rally Country Managers and the heads of strategy, marketing, digital, and communications around the positioning each market would take to launch.

She has landed and led several multi-year, multi-million-dollar retained engagements spanning executive search, talent strategy, and employer brand, and as CEO she sets the firm's direction and owns the senior client relationships its growth is built on.
