Brandon has over 15 years of experience leading comprehensive web, mobile, and kiosk/display projects for some of the world‘s largest companies, including Hyatt Hotels, United Airlines, Lowe‘s Home Improvement, John Deere, Victoria‘s Secret, and Vera Bradley. He has held leadership roles in a number of global agencies and consultancies, such as Leo Burnett, Sapient, and IA Collaborative. Most recently, he has been leading digital and e–commerce transformation for the largest owner and operator of wholesale tradeshows and markets. His efforts have included rebuilding and redesigning a web, mobile, and kiosk ecosystem to support hundreds of thousands of registered attendees for 21 annual events which span 20 million square feet of real estate. Additionally, he has implemented year–round, omnichannel e–commerce capabilities, including a suite of mobile applications to support tens of thousands of sales reps, hundreds of thousands of retailers, and over $4 billion in annual commerce.
Brandon Ward holds a Master‘s Degree in Human–Centered Design from the Institute of Design (ID). Prior to this, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Business Minor from Indiana University Bloomington. He also attended the Illinois Institute of Technology.
