Profile

Kevin leverages his education, technology background, and experience in UX-UI design and development, systems architecture, programming, and applications engineering to create all kinds of magic for Vee from innovation to information technology and intern development. He is building out our tech stack, infrastructure and people and data science, and engineering capabilities.

Professional Background

Prior to co-founding Vee, he was a managing consultant and lead recruiter for RSSR. There, he led research and recruitment efforts for global search assignments across design (UX-UI, digital, industrial, product, and packaging), research and strategy, branding and innovation, and engineering for Clorox, Danaher (Life Sciences), Intuitive Surgical, LIXIL (American Standard), Lowe’s, Nissan, Pepsico, Philips, SCAD, and Whirlpool. He has recruited leaders and teams of rising talent from the world’s top design schools for roles in the North America, Europe, and Asia (China and India). Before that, he led innovative tech-driven projects for Merrill Lynch, Bank of America, Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley. Previously, as Senior UX Design Developer/Architect on the agile development team at Fidelity’s User Experience Center, he worked on the ActiveTrader Pro online trading system developed with frog. On another agile development team, he lead design and development for LRS Sports’ award-winning PlayBook software used by NFL coaches. During the credit crisis, he re-designed financial analytics software for Numerix, partnering with Bloomberg and JP Morgan Chase.

Education

Kevin holds a BA in English and Clinical Psychology from Rutgers University.
